Job Description:

Our Operations Executive (handling customer communication) play a crucial part in the mission to deal with the different set of customers for appointments, establishing contact with the non-responsive customers, accurate and professional customer service to all our customers. In a fun and fast-paced environment, this position requires Call, Email and Chat communication with customers.

What will you be doing…

1. Connecting with customers for delivery & service appointment schedules

2. Communicate courteously with customers

3. Handle customer complaints/enquiries or requests

4. Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;

5. Work across different teams (Sales, operations, delivery) for effective and fast issue resolution

What we need in you..

1. Experience in working on communication platforms tools like – Kaleyra, etc

2. Experienced in Calls & Emails

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Should speak fluently in English, Hindi & Telugu

5. Strong sense of customer empathy

6. Willingness to work during weekends and few holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
