Requirements:

Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques most preferably outbound

Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role

Excellent knowledge of billing procedures

Knowledge of various collection techniques

Ability to communicate clearly & professionally verbally & in writing

Should be Proficient with English & Hindi

Minimum 12th pass with 1 to 2 years of collection work experience

Note: The candidate will be required to work from our office in Bangalore, this isn’t a remote job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • total work: 1 year (Preferred)
