Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Experience in recruitment – IT industry / Digital Marketing industry
- Should have used job boards and social media portals for identifying suitable resources.
- Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.
- Should follow all the related processes – maintain data on internal portal, maintain related data,….
- Negotiate salary and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates.
- Send periodic reports about the efforts and results generated in recruiting potential candidates
Primary Skills:
Should have good hands-on experience of complete recruitment cycle from using job boards/ social media portals for identifying resources to salary negotiation and getting resources on board.
- Self-confident, self-motivated person with a strong work ethic and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and enjoys a fast-paced team-driven environment.
