Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Determine Selection Criteria,
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- A candidate who has experience working in end-to-end recruitment is required.
- Analyzing and interpreting provided data of candidates and providing details to the hiring requirement.
- Optimistic professionals with creative and out-of-the-box thinking capabilities are a must.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role,
- Knowledge about the performance(Digital) marketing industry is a MUST.
- Familiarity with media buying, planning, and research, Interest in following advertising and media trends would be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of recruitment software such as Linkedin, Naukri, Indeed is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
- Any Degree in HR, or related field.

- Job Location:
Candidates willing to relocate to Kolkata are preferred.
- Working days & Job Timings:
Monday – Friday, from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Salary: Pay is based on experience, and seniority and will be taken into account if you pass the early stages of assessment.
