The Tax Supervisor India should be a generalist and will primarily focus on tax- reporting, advise, planning and compliance of all direct and indirect taxes in India for BCD Travel India but as well other group companies

Your responsibilities:

  • Optimize the tax position and identify tax opportunities
  • Executing India compliance process such as withholding tax, quarterly returns, GST compliance , payment of taxes in to government treasury, corporate income tax returns
  • Maintenance, development and advise in respect to India Transfer Pricing
  • Maintenance, development and advise of India direct & indirect taxes
  • Close cooperation with the Finance/ IT and Commerce departments
  • Tax accounting
  • Initiating and implementing India tax strategies and procedures
  • Provide day to day assistance to the business in respect to all tax related items
  • Manage and/or assist in tax audits and dealing with tax authorities
  • Manage external tax advisors
  • Strong interest in GST
  • Assist in global tax projects
  • Tax support by system implementations
  • Monthly, Quarterly and annual tax compliance
