Job Description


  • Assist internal and external client in all administration functions, team management and processes
  • For internal statutory compliance ensure Milestone MOMs, project deliverables, learning documents etc. are organized, maintained onto SharePoint/centralized location
  • Ensuring statutory compliance from various stake holders (documentation & system based)
  • Experience in updating clinical trial information on different clinical trial tracking systems and websites
  • Manage lifecycle of business-related websites
  • Delivering high quality project related metrices
  • Attend all project meetings and take notes
  • Assist business in tracking invoices and managing budget
  • Update information on document management system
  • Act as a point of contact for team updates
  • Lead team engagement activities
  • Support internal & external Audit/Assessment/Inspection requests
  • Manage trainings and access for new and existing team members as per business requirement
  • Manage and lead new hire onboarding


  • 6-7 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences
  • Good understanding of the clinical research process
  • Proficiency in MS word, Power point, Excel
  • Proven experience of creating reports, dashboard, and business presentations
  • Extremely organized and focused
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Good with data management & analysis, with an eye for detail
  • Good working knowledge in MS excel, word & power point applications
  • Ability to prepare reports & dashboards from time to time on admin management
