Job Description
Description
- Assist internal and external client in all administration functions, team management and processes
- For internal statutory compliance ensure Milestone MOMs, project deliverables, learning documents etc. are organized, maintained onto SharePoint/centralized location
- Ensuring statutory compliance from various stake holders (documentation & system based)
- Experience in updating clinical trial information on different clinical trial tracking systems and websites
- Manage lifecycle of business-related websites
- Delivering high quality project related metrices
- Attend all project meetings and take notes
- Assist business in tracking invoices and managing budget
- Update information on document management system
- Act as a point of contact for team updates
- Lead team engagement activities
- Support internal & external Audit/Assessment/Inspection requests
- Manage trainings and access for new and existing team members as per business requirement
- Manage and lead new hire onboarding
Qualifications
- 6-7 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences
- Good understanding of the clinical research process
- Proficiency in MS word, Power point, Excel
- Proven experience of creating reports, dashboard, and business presentations
- Extremely organized and focused
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Good with data management & analysis, with an eye for detail
- Good working knowledge in MS excel, word & power point applications
- Ability to prepare reports & dashboards from time to time on admin management
