- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Work closely with Department heads to understand their manpower requirements
- Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.
- Manage respective candidate pools.
- Screening the candidates through preliminary interviews.
- Conduct background checks.
- Conduct end to end boarding and induction formalities
- Understand and convey the company policies to the new joiners
- Execute the joining formalities including offer letters, appointment letters, sitting arrangements, etc.
- Handle employee grievances and employee counselling
- Ideate, plan, and execute employee engagement activities
- Maintain HR MIS
- Conduct Exit formalities

Salary: ₹450,000.00 per year
