**Your responsibilities**

User experience design of the Orah platform and products
Keeping design assets clean and organised to promote collaboration, consistency and efficiency of the design team
Improving design and development team tool set, workflows and processes when possible
Keeping up to date with design and industry best practices
Following development team Agile workflows and processes

**What we look for**

Proven 5+ years of experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and user testing
An intuitive eye for customer’s needs and excellent attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate and discuss design concepts
Creative problem-solving skills
Dynamic, creative personality, effective at collaborating with a variety of audiences
Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
Excellent time and task management skills
