Job Description: –

The candidate will be required to design and implement processes and effectively onboard the Delivery Executives and ensure no leakages in the process.
Manage and drive staffing plans, cost analysis, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, projects and other change initiatives as required.
The candidate will be required to identify new channels of on-boarding and collaborate with external staffing vendors to ensure consistent inflow of delivery partners.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Motivate and lead a team of high performing delivery and service partners in a demanding and time sensitive environment
  • Audit the performance of the workforce
  • Guide enforcement of policies, including attendance; create and distribute reports to the management, provide Senior Leadership with daily snapshots of team’s performance; escalate issues to Senior Leadership as necessary.
  • Will be responsible for sourcing and retention strategies
  • Address Partner concerns effectively and devise strong processes around this
  • Responsible for vendor development and management agreements
