Job Description: Social Media – Sr. Manager
We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to administer our social media accounts.
You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and
responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve
our marketing goals. As a Social Media Manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the
latest digital technologies and social media trends. One should have excellent communication
skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, one should be able
to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos,

videos and news)

  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing,

sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency

  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor

customer reviews. Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover,
profile pictures and blog layout)

  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions

and competitions. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media,
design tools and applications

  • Coordinate Direct to Consumer Digital Marketing campaigns & activities
  • Coordinate and execute the strategy for integrated online Marketing campaigns that

deliver increased web site traffic and conversion rates.

  • Partner with external agencies to lead omni-channel campaigns including SEM,

Digital Marketing, Retargeting and Social Selling.

  • Oversee development of campaign KPIs, optimization efforts and agency

accountability to deliver on key objectives and results.
Lead social and digital content creation:

  • Manage regular photo and video shoots.
  • Oversee development of sponsored content campaigns and other opportunities to

leverage new and existing content.

  • Oversee the partnerships with influencers and external agencies to produce usergenerated content.
  • Collaborate with key internal constituents from Marketing, PR, Product Management,

Consumer Insights, etc.

  • Set and manage approved budget, as well as identify additional funding sources

Consult with the social media engagement team on issues and messaging; support and
respond to questions from social media moderators

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 7 years of social and/or digital marketing experience, preferably with a

Communications or PR background

  • Prior campaign management experience to include paid search, ad testing and

social ads. Demonstrated ability to coach and lead others

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Location: Mumbai
CTC: -6 – 7 lacs per annum. However, salary will not be a constraint for the deserving candidate

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
