Cloud Kitchen = Multiple Restaurants-. It should also be clear that in the process of building this business, we have built a strong platform consisting of 4 elements: – End-to-end Technology stack (from inventory to kitchen management to last mile)- A culinary innovation centre (to find and execute the scale formula for a delightful dish)- A national supply chain- The network of cloud kitchens run by extremely entrepreneurial teams.

With the global presence in countries like Indonesia, Dubai and the UK, we are surely on the path of building something very unique.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Complete P/L ownership of the corporate meals business across the cities and drive this entire business in an entrepreneurial way .
  • Needs to drive the demand from the existing city business teams.
  • Needs to ensure the availability of caterers across the cities and also maintain the relationships with existing caterers and ensure supplier satisfaction.
  • Needs to set the end to end process by aligning all the stakeholders involved like operations, quality, finance,business team etc.
  • Needs to closely handhold this business from Product market fit to the entire execution of this business proposition.
  • Needs to closely work with the business team for addressing their concerns , learning the best practices of different cities and getting it executed across the cities.
  • Needs to create the USP across different business propositions for the daily meals market and accordingly position it by effective marketing of the same.
  • Manage Vendors for the Daily Meals Pan India with timely payments, Kitchen Audit, scouting new vendors whenever required as per the demand.
  • Needs to stitch the technology to quickly scale the caterer meal business.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Should have 5-7 years of experience in the corporate catering meals market.
  • Good knowledge of corporate catering business on both the fronts i.e demand(customers) and supply (caterers)
  • Needs to have an entrepreneurial approach and drive the business with full ownership.
  • Comfortable working in a very fast pace and changing environment.
  • Extremely confident, give an eye to detail and provide the timely resolution by engaging with the right stakeholders.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize the different tasks assigned and ensure the weekly/monthly reviews with the team in order to achieve the business goals.
  • Comfortable in traveling as per the business requirement.
