Job Detail

Build a strong Sales funnel by developing & implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs.
Lead the team to achieve and exceed the revenue targets [individual targets & team targets].
Work with the technical team while developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Ensure to perform these roles promptly – New Account discovery | Management and Research to acquire new geographies.
Experience in online bidding is a plus.
Capable to work independently with minimal guidance and handle a team.
Strong experience in handling International IT Sales.
Understand the company’s goal and purpose to continue to enhance the company’s growth.

Requirements

Must have International IT sales experience.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be able to work under flexible work timings.
Good time-management skills.
Willingness to work in different time zones to interact with other geographical clients.
