Job Description:

Work with team members to analyze, plan, design, develop, and implement solutions to meet strategic, usability, performance, reliability, control, and security requirements
Previous work experience on the SAP MM and FI modules
Support and coordinate the efforts of Subject Matter Experts, Development, Quality Assurance, Usability, Training, Transport Management, and other internal resources for the successful implementation of system enhancements and fixes
Perform SAP ABAP and S/4 ABAP programming as required
Support daily Core SAP Finance operations and provide timely and consistent resolution of thirdlevel Support activities
Provide around the clock support as needed – including, but not limited to, participating in the on-call rotation
Create and maintain internal documentation and end-user training materials as needed.
Liaise with a learning group to provide input into training materials
Provide input to standards and guidelines and implement best practices to enable consistency across all projects
Participate in the continuous improvement processes, as assigned

The key skills required:

Strong programming background in ABAP (RICEFW – Reports, Interfaces, Conversions,
Enhancements, Adobe Forms, and Workflow) and Object-Oriented ABAP is required.
Excellent technical skills in ABP on HANA or S4 ABAP, ABAP Core Data Services (CDS) modelling and ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP) is required.
Expertise on the SAP MM and FI modules
In depth knowledge of the Purchase Order workflow
Experience in the advanced areas like Gateways, OData, Enterprise services is required.
Hands on expertise in ALE/IDOCs, Adobe forms, RFCs, BAPIs, and Data Dictionary elements is required.
ATC and code inspector configurations
Performance Tuning, Enhancements & Modifications
S/4HANA conversion knowledge
Ability to translate a complex business requirement into a realizable technical requirement.
Experience in Workflow is a plus
Experience in SAP UI technologies Fiori / UI5 is a plus
Functional knowledge in one the SAP Modules like FICO is a plus
Hands on Experience in Business Objects Data Services (BODS) is plus
Define reusable components/frameworks and Coding Standards
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and changing business environment
Exposure to Agile methodologies
Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments
Strong networking and interpersonal skills
