Job Details
MNJ SOFTWARE is looking for talented individuals who are interested to be part of “Our” journey to build a best-in-class organization, driving to deliver real results to global businesses, ensuring a level of certainty no other firm can match.Sales/Business Development at MNJ SOFTWARE, you will participate in design, development and implementation of architectural deliverables of custom projects and products of MNJ SOFTWARE. The role includes working closely with lead, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers.

Position Type
Full time [Monday – Friday]. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am – 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime [unpaid].




Technical/Functional Skills
At least 3 years of experience in selling high value IT software services, solutions or projects in the domestic market with good understanding of SDLC.

  • Proven Track Record of Success.
  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve success in sales.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Good understanding of key business drivers, Imperatives of IT customers.
  • Process driven, through and methodical.
  • Very good Commercial understanding.
  • Lead the Presales team.


Roles & Responsibilities
Formulate industry specific sales and marketing Strategies for the defined vertical(Domestic/International).

  • Open New Accounts and New Markets with Existing products and Services.
  • Must be able to manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure and collection.
  • Develop contacts in related businesses and Identify business opportunities.
  • Must be capable of generating new clients and repeat business through Networking, Cold Calling and other Proven Prospecting Methods.
