Recruitment Manager/ Lead- US Staffing

Job Detail

Working on complete recruitment cycle for hiring Healthcare staff/ Clinicians as needed
Work closely with the recruitment team and key management in India and US.
Manage applicant tracking system, keep it updated and develop recruitment reports.
Source the candidates from various job portals doing the outreach vial indeed, linkedin, FB etc.
Keep a track of current openings. Posting/ Updating the jobs on portals
Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process & take required action
Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience

Requirements:

Experience in US recruiting and willing to work in US shift from office located in IT Park, CHD
Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On-Boarding, etc)
Experience screening resumes to match qualifications and engaging and activating passive candidates
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ownership-driven and results-oriented
Ability to meet deadlines and targets
Well-organized, detail-oriented and confident personality
