  • Managing the vendor and Farmer.
  • Sourcing for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables. .
  • Establishing standards with regards to quality, delivery, and pricing.
  • Ability to build long-term winning relations with growers’ suppliers’ Strong negotiation skills
  • Build a sustainable and scalable sourcing network.
  • Develop a high-performance sourcing team.

 

Experience – 5 to 8 Years

Qualification – Preference B.sc agriculture/Any graduate
