Job responsibilities
- Engages with clients/external providers to facilitate data services related project delivery schedule
- Develops and maintains customer project documentation including Data Requirements Document and work instructions for all repeatable tasks.
- Plans, deploys and monitors data integration processes to deliver on new requests
- Performs quality control functions on all deliverables including ad hoc loading and data extraction projects.
- Leads UAT with customer deliverables
- Leads and guides ongoing data exchanges
- Enforces Data Management standards across all client implementations
- Manages resources to ensure knowledge, exposure, and contribution are optimized
- Builds effective relationships with business staff across the company’s business units to ensure projects to support them are delivered
