About the Role
Ozonetel is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to develop and maintain
relationships with key partners and to build and grow the partner ecosystem. The
role requires extensive cross functional coordination and the execution of joint
marketing activities with partners to drive pipeline and revenue.
What You’ll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities – Front-end Developer
 Create joint marketing plans, GTM strategies and identify key outcomes and
define success metrics.
 Work with cross functional teams including sales, product marketing and
product teams to define sales plays and joint value propositions.
 Create messaging and content for partner training and drive partner enablement
to build pipelines.
 Build strong strategic relationships with partner marketing leaders, LoB heads
and sales teams in partner organizations.
 Project manage joint events and the execution of campaigns with partners.
 Create an ecosystem of partners to drive customer acquisition across Geos.
 Allocate, plan and manage budgets for co-marketing activities
 Demand generation in the partner ecosystem and building the Partner Funnel
for the sales team through organic and paid marketing along with using industry
publications for brand awareness in the partner ecosystem.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Exceptional project management skills.
 Experience in collaborating and working with internal and external stakeholders.
 Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
 Content writing and presentation skills.
 Prior experience working with partners is a must.
Profile Requirements
Basic criteria
● Experience of min 3-5 Years in Partner Marketing
● Prior Experience in B2B enterprise marketing is crucial.
● Candidates with experience in CRM, Voice VAS service providers, Contact
center solutions sales and/or Cloud Telephony products would be ideal.
 A team player with excellent communication skills .
Preferred Industry: Tech/SaaS/ B2B / CRM /Ticketing Solutions companies with
voice background. Preferably check people from ZOHO, Freshdesk or Competition.

Salary & Compensation: 15-20 LPA + Performance Incentives + mobile allowance
+ travel + other benefits (as per industry norms)
