Job Description

Ø Prepare Declaration Letter for walk-in Customers to handover theproducts.

Ø Raise Tax Invoices, E-Way Bill and Packing list to dispatch the materials from the concerned team. Managing Inward and Outward materials on a daily basis. Sending E-Mail or Pickup Request Message to courier partner to pick the shipment. Sending a closing stock report to management on a daily basis. Maintaining Product Inventory and Packaging Inventory on regular basis. Sending Month end reports like Stock Reconciliation Report, Marketing Material Consumption Report and Petty Cash Expenses Report to the concerned team. Stock transfer to other Branches and share the docket details with the concerned team/branch

Ø Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage and timely delivery of materials. Checking Order bills, item received, inventory and deliveries for accuracy. Submit C & F Form at the Tax Office every quarter and share the acknowledgment copy with the Accounts team. Customs clearance documents such as Certificate of Origin, Tax Invoice, Packing List, IBR Purchase Order, Certificate of Analysis, Product Specification and Material Safety Data submit at Customs Office for clearance. List the Scrap Items every Quarter and dispose the same with concerned Vendor.

Ø Handling housekeeping staff and security personnel

Ø Maintain documentation & record keeping for Administrative department.

Ø Creates and revises systems and procedures by analysing operating practices,

Ø Scanning & keeping documentation in an organised.

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
