Job Description
A leading Sports Management Company is looking for a Office Administrative Assistant at Mumbai location to provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in the office on daily basis
- Maintenance and upkeep of the office premises
- Liaise with external consultants
- Procurement of stationary requirements
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Make travel arrangements
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Produce reports for the management as and when required
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
Requirements and skills
- Any Bachelor’s degree with minimum 1-4 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant
- Should be based in Mumbai
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Proficiency in English
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Male candidates preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹250,000.00 – ₹350,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Fixed shift

- Bandra, Mumbai – 400051, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
