The role includes working closely with lead, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers.

Full time [Monday – Friday]. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am – 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime [unpaid].

 

Qualification
ME/M.TECH/BE/B.TECH/MCA/M.Sc(IT) etc

 

Technical/Functional Skills
Strong analytical fault isolation and troubleshooting skills.

  • Good Understanding of ITIL Process.
  • Basic Knowledge of Windows Active Directory Services, RADIUS, LDAP.
  • Ability to find technology work arounds to issues that can be resolved in a timely fashion.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems like Linux, Unix, Windows server.
