The role includes working closely with lead, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers.

Full time [Monday – Friday]. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am – 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime [unpaid].

 

Qualification
ME/M.TECH/BE/B.TECH/MCA/M.Sc(IT) etc

 

Technical/Functional Skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience in DC Troubleshooting.

  • Experience in Joining and Troubleshooting the P0 to P1 Incidents.
  • Working knowledge of ACI, F5, Riverbed, Splunk, Infoblox, DNS, DHCP.
  • Hands-on experience in Switching and ACI, F5, Riverbed, Infoblox, DNS, DHCP.
  • Validated experience in SD-WAN Viptela.
  • Experience in P1 / P0 Troubleshooting Customer.
  • Solid understanding of Troubleshooting on Network Protocols.
