Job Description

Position: MIS- Manager
Responsibilities
 Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS system
 Generate and distribute management report in an accurate and timely manner
 Develop MIS documentation to allow smooth operation and easy system maintenance
 Provide recommendation to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and
consistency
 Performing data analysis for generating reports periodically
 Developing MIS system for customer management and internal communication
 Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team
 Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
 Prepare and update power point presentations for chapter/zone orientation, project/committee
meetings and other areas as and when required
 Prepare and update zone and chapter snapshot
 Prepare and consolidate audit and income tax data as per given format by coordinating with
finance department
 Prepare data for JITO Annual Award for chapters, zone and projects and ensure compliance
to SOP
 Conduct analysis required by superiors
 Maintain consolidated list of data published in VoJ- Event
 AGM & Election-Compile and provide data to management adhering to cut off date and
ensuring compliance during the process

Required Skills

 MS Office (Specially VBA & Macros, DATA Filters, VLOOKUP, PIVOT Tables & PIVOT
Reporting, Data Tables, Simulations & solver, PPT)
 Excellent analytic skills for preparing the report.
 Strong leadership abilities and management skills
 Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
 Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
 Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management
 Quick learner with a positive attitude
Qualification/Experience
 Bachelor degree in fields. IT, computer science, or similar will be plus
 Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as MIS
Location:

– Mumbai

Job Type: Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹700,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
