Non-billable Contractor (Temp Staff)
Academic Qualification:
o Graduate or Post-graduate preferably in Marketing Communications or Journalism
OR
o Degree in BSc Computer Science, BCA, Advanced Certificate in Computer Training (GNIIT)
Basic IT aptitude to be able to understand Oracle Products and how they are organized
2+ years of experience in the education industry / social media platforms / Community Moderation
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (since the role is customer-facing) — a people person with great customer service skills.
Excellent social media aptitude: How platforms work, collaborative learning, how to keep customers engaged on the platform
Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
