Job Description

  • Handling and monetizing all Real Estate Assets of the group, liasoning with all external stakeholders like builders, developers, contractors to understand status of various real estate projects.
  • Selling Real Estate inventory.
  • Ensuring all documents pertaining to sales and each project is in order.
  • Monitoring project cashflows and tracking project progress.
  • Preparing updates and MIS for Management to review progress of cashflows and project completion.

 

 

Expeience – 3 to 5 years.

Qualification – Nothing specific as such
