Candidate should be from F&B/FMCG/Fintech/Food tech/Food or F&B Aggregator background
Experience in Retail food/Grocery Chains/Hyper Local Delivery is a must
New Area development through Franchising.
Hands on experience in franchise sales, lead management and Team management.
Building & managing relationships with new clients and existing partners to upsell and cross-sell.
Strategic planning to achieve sales target in timeline.
Planning and directing the hiring as well as training of new sales representatives / executives.
Preparing report on sales projections and roll out of deals.
Co-ordination with business head and achieving sales target.
Managing a team size of 3 to 5 and taking follow ups on day-to-day sales activities.
Lead management and co-ordination with the team.
Closing the deal by directly getting involved with the clients.
Lead generation through various platforms and professional connects
Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
