Job Description :

Responsible for guiding the operations team to prepare sales related Presentations, Banners, Newsletters, Mailers.
To ensure his team implements and best practices followed at Health Lantern.
To ensure that well qualified leads for each region is being managed by him directly
Driving & Managing the P&L
Key Account Management by ensuring client servicing
Operational Planning
Help setting sales targets for the team and helping them achieve their agreed numbers
Sales Administration
Open more revenue streams for the organization being in line with the mission & vision statement
To ensure that the daily meetings takes place every single day with the team and review their previous days efforts
