- Experience in Retail food/Grocery Chains/Hyper Local Delivery is a must
- New Area development through Franchising.
- Hands on experience in franchise sales, lead management and Team management.
- Building & managing relationships with new clients and existing partners to upsell and cross-sell.
- Strategic planning to achieve sales target in timeline.
- Planning and directing the hiring as well as training of new sales representatives / executives.
- Preparing report on sales projections and roll out of deals.
- Co-ordination with business head and achieving sales target.
- Managing a team size of 3 to 5 and taking follow ups on day-to-day sales activities.
- Lead management and co-ordination with the team.
- Closing the deal by directly getting involved with the clients.
- Lead generation through various platforms and professional connects
- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients
- Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
- Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
- Follow the latest industry developments and stay up-to-date on corporate competitors
