M.B.A.s with a first class from a premier academic institute. Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

REACH Management Trainee Program offers a fast track career option to self starters, who want to pursue a career in management.
For the first 3-6 months, the trainee will be assigned projects in Branding/ Marketing/ P.R. / Channel Sales/ Corporate Sales/ H.R. / Operations / Finance / New Initiatives.
After which, the trainee will be designated as an Manager with independent responsibilities in any of the above areas.
Should be willing to travel within and outside India .
Should be a Self-starter with focus on achieving results
