Responsibilities:

 

As a OD professional in the COE, your work will include:

· Building innovative Talent practices and Talent models for the future that can complement and propel Talent Transformation aligned to the future ways of working

· Contributing to shape the larger Talent Strategy by designing and executing key initiatives across Performance Management, Careers and Org Design

· Analysing, interpreting data and applying key insights to propose Talent Management ideas that can give an edge to attract and retain the best talent

· Partnering with the HR community and global functional teams, to implement programs with a global impact and leading and working in cross functional teams
