JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for multiple initiatives that drive improvement within the Business Unit and associated departments. Primary responsibility will be liaising with the business and BT groups to support continuous improvement to Business Unit tools and processes, including but not limited to Metrics & Analytics platforms, Partnership data, Clinical Monitoring Qualification and Oversight System (CMQOS) and ongoing Executive level Business requirements. Conducts research on alternative processes and methods, administers the changes and/or updates to the system. Participates in requirements gathering with stakeholders, leveraging knowledge of application and business process to assess scope and impact on business needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for driving efficiencies through business process and system improvements while providing systems support for end-users. Develops and supports tools, processes, and best practices under the Business Unit remit in order to streamline and enhance productivity, and educates internal team and business users as required.
  • Actively participates in special projects and initiatives that require a unique skillset and knowledge of the Business. Maintains oversight for complex reporting for internal and external needs. Identifies areas of improvement in data integrity, speed and automation.
  • Provides assistance and leadership on projects which may include training, system enhancements, development, improvement and documentation of processes, testing, and participation and support of validation activities.
  • Partners with business units and leadership to identify, interpret, analyze, clarify and document business requirements and prepares recommendations based on analysis. By applying cultivated knowledge of these systems, this position identifies trends, develops metrics, and provides reporting to management.
  • Develops and applies expert knowledge of systems, tools, and processes within the Business Unit, as well as with systems and processes that interact with associated departments. Supports systems

development, validation and integration work (for incoming/ outgoing data) for quality and integrity. May lead or faciliate projects and meetings without oversight.

  • Serves as liaison between the department and the associated BT/Analytics dashboard teams. Assists with solution design for new modules/ functionality. Monitors data quality and raises issues and requests for improvements as needed. Works with various technical teams to test and validate changes prior to production roll-out. Communicates changes and trains new and existing users.
  • Manages the technical aspects of the Curriculum Vitae (CV) Database ranging from standard data element updates to larger system changes. May delegate technical changes to the internal team to complete in the test and/or production systems. Drives CV Compliance through reporting and the automation of email follow up and reporting.
  • Serves as the technical SME for Analytics Dashboards within the department providing guidance and feedback to Leadership. Liaises with the internal BT team responsible for Resource, CTMS and Monitoring data to monitor data quality and to support process improvement. Supports changes in the Business that require updates to the data and processing technologies. Maintains various Databases supporting specific guidelines and calculations for metrics.
  • Serves as the technical SME for CMQOS within Clinical Qualification and Evaluation Team (CQET) providing guidance and feedback to the BU and CQET Assessors and leadership. Liaises with the internal BT team responsible for CMQOS for applicable updates and support of process improvements and upgrades
