DESIGNATION: HUMAN RESOURCE RECRUITER INTERN
Eligibility: Fresher / Pursuing UG or PG
Duration: 6 months
➢ For the first 3 months you will be trained through all the theoretical and practical aspects needed to be fullfledged HR Recruiter.
➢ For subsequent 3 months, you’ll be required to work as an HR Recruiter fulfilling the below mentioned duties
Mode of Work: WFH
Stipend: After 3 months, i.e. from the 4th month stipend will be provided of rupees 1,000/- only if you hire a minimum of 20 candidates in a month.

✓ Collaborating with the HR department to determine staffing needs and sources of recruitment to be considered.
✓ Drafting JD & JS for the assigned job roles.
✓ Sourcing candidates from various job portals.
✓ Screening and shortlisting job applications and resumes.
✓ Conducting telephonic or video interviews and maintain a constructive feedback thereafter.
✓ Record-keeping and storing the database of applicants and new hires.
✓ Preparing and issuing offer letters and ensure smooth onboarding.
✓ Excellent record keeping.
✓ Ability to handle teams.
✓ Result oriented attitude with exceptional learning abilities.
