JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an HR Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.HR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. If you’re interested in kick starting your career in HR and getting a closer look of how our company approaches payroll, recruiting and employee development, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures.

For 3 Months will be learning of –
1. Recruitment and selection trainings
2. Payroll management
3. Digital marketing basics
4. SAP Software basic training

EXPERIENCE –Fresher / Pursuing candidates
LOCATION -Work from home / flexible timing (ONLINE MODE)
ELIGIBILITY –BBA MBA HR PGDHRM /FINANCE /SALE AND MARKETING/BE/BSC/MSC/MA/ B TECH/ only students
Graduations Required good English communication.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Post the job description for the available position in the social networks as well as various social media portals. Candidates data will not be provided HR needs to collect candidates details on their own
Screen resumes and application forms, Actively participate in the recruitment process
Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
Address employee queries about benefits, prepare HR-related reports as needed
Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
