Job Description

HR Brain HUB Consulting is Hiring HR Interns with 1 to 2 years of experience. Fresher can apply too.

Location: Noida

Work Mode: Work From Home

Experience required: Fresher/ 6 months to 1 year experience

Job Type: Summer Internship

Compensation: Fixed Monthly Stipend + Incentives

Duration: 2 months

HR Recruitment Interns would work under the supervision of the Founder and/or Talent Acquisition Partner to provide recruitment support to the HR Consulting division of the organization.

Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals

Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

Screen candidates resumes and job applications

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices

Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
