Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding of employees – Personal file documentation which will be maintained with complete confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining Central Employee Database with complete employee records.
- Overall responsible for complete HR operations (Grievance Handling, Letter Issue, PMS).
- Preparation and Maintenance of complete database of all the employees.
- Maintenance and updating of daily attendance records.
- Interaction and communication with the employees and assisting and resolving their various issues, queries and problems.
- Interaction with other department on employee and HR related issues and resolving their queries and problems.
- Interaction with Management, Principal and Corporate Human Resource.
- Department for designing of the various employees related policies and strategies and discussion of various employee related issues and problems.
- Time to time preparation and furnishing of various information for encashment of casual leave, earned leave, Gratuity, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR of relevant industry.
- Should possess a positive and approachable personality to address grievances.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge about statutory compliance activities, payroll inputs.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools liked Naurki, LinkedIn.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or its equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
