 JOB DESCRIPTION
 Designation: Human Resource Intern
 Location: Remote (WFH)
 Commencement of Intership: July 1, 2022
 Duration: 1/3/6 months
 Stipend: Nil

 KRAs – Key Responsibilty Areas:
 Post jobs for the vacant positions.
 Record keeping of candidates’ details.
 Screen potential and eligible candidates.
 Contact prospective candidates to schedule interviews.
 Conducting telephonic interviews in accordance to the assigned job role.
 Complete the formalities of onboarding the selected candidates.
 Addressing and resolving candidates’ reuests and queries.
 Report to the assigned Team Mentor.

 JOB SPECIFICATION

 Eligibility: Candidates pursuing Undergraduate studies /Postgraduate studies in the field of Management or Commerce / Working Professionals for skill upgradation

 KSAs – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
 Conceptual knowledge of HRM practices
 To be able to manage priorities and meet the bounds.
 Proactive
 Good oral and written communication
 Interpersonal skills
