Position description
This candidate will lead the Growth Marketing for Invact Metaversity. The work will fall into the following three functional buckets:
- Content Marketing: Own and drive content creation, which sets us apart from everyone else in the ecosystem. Set up and run the content studio by hiring and/or partnering with amazing creators globally.
- Social Media & Community Building: Drive social engagement across channels. Build and engage with the student and instructor community.****
- Brand and Performance Marketing: Be the custodian of the corporate brand. Drive performance marketing and manage the entire marketing funnel for students intake.

Qualifications
- Start-up/entrepreneurial mindset with high degree of comfort with ambiguity. Need to be a curious, internally motivated self-starter.
- Superlative experience with a proven track record of running marketing programs at high-growth consumer start-up
- Solid public profile and expertise in leveraging social media
- Both left and right brained – Knowledge of both analytics as well as copies and brand strategy
- Basic understanding of CRMs and drip funnel marketing set-up
- Problem-solving: Ability to think through issues and come up with solutions in a fast frugal manner
- Outstanding senior management communication skills. Need to have really strong oral, written and presentation skills including ability to communicate very complex ideas in simple ways
- Prior experience in running content and community operations is a significant plus.
- Education: At least a Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 7-12 years
