Key Responsibilities: ASM-Gold Loan
- Develop and manage the book and define strategies to deliver Net AUM growth Responsible to lead a team of on roll & roll team members in the sales & collect model
- Should have hands-on experience in driving sales targets and managing a large team
- In-depth knowledge of Gold Loan/Jewel Loan Business including product and operations including an understanding of Balance Transfer business.
Job Description: Sales Manager
- Generate fresh leads through self-sourcing/references or existing database.
- Ensure assigned leads are converted into Sales & meet targets
- Meet and Pitch SBFC Gold Loan offerings to potential customers.
- Build trust by handling customer objections.
- Build a long-term relationship with portfolio customers to ensure continuity of business and referrals.
- Coordinate with different Teams to resolve issues in ongoing transactions & ensure flawless execution of the process.
Prior Experience in sales & customer handling with any financial company.
Preferred sell gold loan
Must have a min of 1 year of Gold Valuation / Gold Appraising experience in any Gold Loans Firm.
Must be willing to travel within the assigned Territory/Cluster.
