The role includes working closely with lead, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers.

Position Type
Full time [Monday – Friday]. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am – 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime [unpaid].

 

Qualification
MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations

 

Technical/Functional Skills
Ability to weigh trade-offs between cost, time, complexity, and ease-of-use.

  • Ability to identify scope ex pansion and manage expectations accordingly.
  • Ability to develop detailed, task-oriented estimates to build and implement them.
  • Ability to clearly articulate assumptions under which plans and estimates are given.
  • Ability to listen actively, critically analysis

 

Roles & Responsibilities
Have to do cold calling.

  • Maintain healthy relation with client.
  • Bring new clients in the organisation.
  • Follow up with client on daily basis.
  • Find candidate according to the client requirement.
  • Conduct interview and follow up with the candidates.
  • Will be responsible for whole recruitment process.
