1) Managing the entire P&L of the business unit and drive sales & profitability.
2) Execute company’s processes and SOP’s to ensure superior customer experience and operational standards.
3) Hire, Train and develop the team and prepare them for the next level.
4) Grow the business through local marketing initiatives.
Day to day activity track of FP in terms of basic operational hygiene as per the cloud kitchen management
c) Providing coordination support from marketing, purchase, accounts and aggregator team in regards to query and support
d) Tracking performance data of FP and highlighting the gaps in performance on weekly basis, fortnightly and monthly
e) Arranging meetings and calls with senior management for review
f) Following partners on various corrective actions to improve Sales and Operations
g) Perform cordial relations with FP and keep high retention rate
h) Perform audit and share the feedbacks
i) Improve sales and performance of FP
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
