About the job: –
A leading Cricket Academy is looking for a “Facilities Manager(Operations)” to join their team in Chennai.
To apply for this role, you must:
- Have 1-2 years of experience of managing and operating sports facilities.
- Have good communication and leadership skills.
- Be based out of Chennai.
As a Facilities Manager(Operations), you will work on the followings:
- Overseeing the planning and day to day operations of the Cricket Academy across 2 centres .
- Build reporting mechanisms for stock inventory control and effectively monitor the team.
- Coordinate with the necessary stakeholders ie. Coaches, students, parents, management team to ensure smooth running of the academy operations.
- Responsible for the reports and individual performance metrics of the team members.
- Enabling key strategies for on-boarding more participants and closely working with the marketing team for generating quality leads.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
