Job Description

6Hues Interior Design Studio is looking for an office administrator who will ensure proper flow of office procedures and support the director by carrying out common office duties. They will maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers and vendors in person, online and via telephone.

They will provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic company information.
  • Draft, format and print relevant documents.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, itineraries and all correspondence related to arrangements.
  • Manage executive schedule and act as liaison for executive team.
  • Prepare presentations, and maintain files, records and correspondence for meetings.
  • Prepare information and research for executive needs.
  • Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.
  • Manage reception area and look after visitors.
  • Maintain and order office supplies as needed.
  • Interact with directors and carry out their requests.
  • Attend workshops and conferences when requested.
  • Take care of website functions and social media profiles.


  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in mid-level administration, business, management or related field.
  • Applying candidates have to be at least 25 years of age.
  • Experience in the architecture, construction or interior design industry is not a requirement.


  • Proficient computer skills; scheduling appointments/updating calendars.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Able to concentrate on multiple problems/tasks at once.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Able to organise and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules and information.
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
  • Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time: Monday – Saturday; 09:30 AM – 08:00 PM
