Below are the additional details of this role:

  • We need a minimum of 3+ Years hands on experience in the following.
  • General computer hardware and software troubleshooting and installation support – Primarily Microsoft environment
  • Prior troubleshooting experience with Microsoft Windows 10 computers
  • Prior troubleshooting experiences with Microsoft Server environments – version 2012 and greater
  • Customer service focus experience in a technical environment
  • Prior experience supporting Microsoft Office suite 2013 or greater including Office365
  • Hands-on Deskside support experiences
  • Prior hands-on experience supporting proprietary systems or unique hardware / peripherals
  • SQL query / reporting development skills – (SQL Server or Oracle technologies)
  • Fundamental understanding of computer networking and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience supporting MS Exchange
  • Prior experiences supporting tolling and traffic management applications
  • CCTV support experience
  • Fiber optic cabling experience
  • Experience with industrial DVR type systems
  • Prior Linux / UNIX OS Experience
