The role includes working closely with lead, testers, customers, project/product managers and designers.

Position Type

Full time [Monday – Friday]. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 9-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (6am – 10pm IST) or (6pm to 6am IST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime [unpaid].

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline

Technical/Functional Skills

(Master) student who has successfully passed semesters of computer science, data science, artificial intelligence or studies with strong focus on IT and data science.

First practical experience, preferably in IT or Data Science
Knowledge of coding in Python and basic knowledge of visualisation softwares like Tableau or PowerBI
Basics of statistics, data science and machine learning
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Extract Transform Load operations
Good communication skills to understand (unspoken) needs of product developers and translate this into data requirements
A data driven mindset with a lot of passion for learning the above mentioned topics.

Roles & Responsibilities

Support the development of portfolio management software and develop automated ETL pipelines using Microsoft Azure functions to capture laboratory experiments.

Use data science to analyze the captured data and support in modelling, optimisation of formula development.
Support basic lab processes like sample handling, equipment and material logistics, “lab housekeeping”
In addition to laboratory experiments, work on advanced analysis and correlations of consumer testing results.
Tasks will also include designing of dashboards to visualise the analyzed results using PowerBI.
