- Answer calls, chats, and emails from our customers in a polite and friendly way, instilling customer confidence and resolving customer issues at first contact where possible
- Delivers what is promised in line with customer expectations
- Provides excellent customer service to basic inbound customer queries by keeping up to date on training and internal communications
- Generating customer loyalty through strong knowledge of key products and services
- Owns and resolves issues and understands how and when to escalate
Customer Support Executive Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in administration or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and good computer skills.
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
