Job Description
1. Inform customers about company profile & offers
2. Addressing queries
3. Inbound and outbound customer calls in timely manner
4. Identify customers needs and wants
5. Generate leads by cold calling
6. Coordination with team
7. Must keep a track of all leads
8. Noting down the important details of each conversation.
