Job Description

Unibic is hiring business development executive for institutional sales for kerala location candidate from fmcg sector only

Identifying the prospects

Candidate will be required to travel for meeting the corporates & prospective customers

Commercial negotiations and close the deals Working with various functional teams both at the partner and internally to smooth transition of orders Ability to build and leverage relationships

Go getter, self-starter and self-motivated individual

Strong communication and articulation skills

Innovative mindset

Strong business and commercial understanding

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives

Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines

Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹25,000.00 per month
