Quazma Techno Solutions Private Limited is looking for an experienced Sr. BDE to be hired as BDM and will be responsible to manage a sales team.
You will be working on – Designing & implementing sales strategy & plan for net new business acquisition by prospecting, converting, and onboarding new customers.
Accountable for net new business revenue targets and making sure the entire team meets their targets as an individual & teams both.
Build, lead, and manage a team of A+ remote Sales Consultants & SDRs.- Motivate individuals and teams to exceed goals through coaching, training & mentoring.
Proactively identify, recruit and hire top talent to build a team of top performers.
Help create a fun, high-energy work environment – Overseas and monitor the effective use of our CRM tools & processes.
Effective report on the team & individual performance, metrics, and KPI.
Understand & leverage data, a strong bias towards execution at speed, and strong collaboration skills to work with different teams and achieve desired results
Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategies
We are looking for, – 3 – 8 years of hands-on experience in International Sales (Preferably US market).
Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams.- Experience closing mid-market & enterprise deals.
