Job Description
This is a full-time position in Siliguri, West Bengal. Applying candidates have to be within Siliguri to qualify.
We need an enthusiastic, smart male candidate to serve as an interior design site supervisor. He will visit all the sites assigned to him on a daily basis and work with clients and contractors to execute them at the highest quality.
Higher salary is negotiable for quality candidates!
You do not have to have any previous site supervision experience to qualify. If you fit the candidate profile below, the only thing you need to do to be considered for the job is to take the assessment tests you receive when you apply for this job. If you score well on both tests, you will receive an interview call.
If you do not appear for the tests, your application will be rejected.
Candidate Profile
Age: 25 – 35 years
Gender:Â Male
Skills:
- Good coordinating skills
- Eye for detail
- Should be able to handle the site independently
- Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications
- Carry out day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
- Plan the work and efficiently organise the site facilities in order to meet deadlines
- Oversee quality control and health and safety matters on site
- Fluent in English and Hindi
